Delivery Time

1. After placing an order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will contact you for confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
2. Delivery within 48-72 hours nationwide and 24-48 hours in Karachi from the time of confirmation.
3. You can inquire about the status of your order by tracking your order number from our Track Your Order section on the website.
4. If the order total is below Rs. 7000, a delivery charge of Rs. 249 will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Karachi: Delivery will typically take 1-2 working days after the order is dispatched.
• Other Major Cities: Delivery will typically take 2-3 working days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on the location.

Cancellation Policy

1. For Prepaid Orders: To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. For Cash on Delivery Orders: To cancel, please notify our team during the call confirmation or via the automated SMS or web confirmation system.

Delivery Charges

1. Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 7000 within Pakistan.
2. Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below Rs. 7000, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 249 will be applied.

Track Your Order

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
2. You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email or directly from our website’s Track Your Order section.
3. If you do not receive any tracking updates, please contact us via Instagram: @offer_ghar.
4. Please Note: Offer Ghar is not liable for any late deliveries or collections caused by third-party postal or courier companies.
