Delivery Time
- After placing an order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will contact you for confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped.
- Delivery within 48-72 hours nationwide and 24-48 hours in Karachi from the time of confirmation.
- You can inquire about the status of your order by tracking your order number from our Track Your Order section on the website.
- If the order total is below Rs. 7000, a delivery charge of Rs. 249 will be applied.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Karachi: Delivery will typically take 1-2 working days after the order is dispatched.
- Other Major Cities: Delivery will typically take 2-3 working days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on the location.

Cancellation Policy
- For Prepaid Orders: To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- For Cash on Delivery Orders: To cancel, please notify our team during the call confirmation or via the automated SMS or web confirmation system.
Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders above Rs. 7000 within Pakistan.
- Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below Rs. 7000, a standard delivery charge of Rs. 249 will be applied.
Track Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
- You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email or directly from our website’s Track Your Order section.
